1. Introduction
At AeroTools Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund when purchasing products through our website. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery along with their proof of purchase, invoice and packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Note: All return requests are subject to AeroTools Hub's approval following inspection. We reserve the right to accept or reject a return based on the item's condition and the information provided.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement if available or issue a refund within 7–10 working days.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchanges
In cases where a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Availability of replacement items depends on our current stock.
6. How to Initiate a Return
